Shipping policy

It is our goal to ship the same day an order is received, if at all possible, otherwise we ship the next business day. Business hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm eastern (except holidays). Summer Fridays we close at 2pm. Cut off time is noon eastern for all UPS shipping.  All UPS-able items will ship UPS.  Please note UPS does not ship to PO boxes. 

We offer motor freight via R&L Carriers. If your order contains an item that cannot be sent via UPS then your cart will indicate the shipping charges via R&L as well as "Local Pickup" for the entire order (or local delivery if you are near our location).  Any questions about motor freight, complete your order online and then please call 908-355-3335 during business hours. We do our best to ship out motor freight shipments the next business day.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Bucket Supply is not responsible for UPS or other Carrier delays.
